These terms govern use of Help Me Job, the WhatsApp job-alert service operated by Brixstone in Zambia. By messaging the service or paying for a plan, you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains the data we hold.
Who we are
Brixstone operates Help Me Job. The public wordmark is Help Me Job. WhatsApp is the only subscriber channel. There is no job-seeker website account and no password.
The service
Help Me Job matches a CV you send on WhatsApp against job listings we collect from Zambian boards, then sends matching alerts on WhatsApp during a paid 30-day window. We are not an employer, a recruiter acting for an employer, or a job board you browse. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or that a listing is still open when you apply.
Listings currently come from JobWebZambia, Go Zambia Jobs, JobSearchZM, PezaJob. Those sites write their own listing content. Apply on the source site using the link in the alert.
How you subscribe
Message us on WhatsApp. We reply with the live plans and payment instructions. Pay exactly one of these Airtel Money amounts for a 30-day window:
- K10 standard — 5 weekly matches and 5 welcome matches.
- K20 premium — 10 weekly matches and 10 welcome matches.
- K30 elite — 20 weekly matches and 20 welcome matches.
Send the payment to 260775671356.
Any other amount is ignored and does not start or renew a plan. Same-network Airtel payments are matched by the payer phone on the SMS. Cross-network payments (for example MTN to Airtel) must include the one-time reference we sent you in the transfer Reason field, or we cannot attribute the payment.
Access is prepaid. The 30-day window starts when we recognise a valid payment. We do not run refunds inside the product. If Zambian law requires a refund in a particular case, contact us on WhatsApp and we will handle it outside these automated flows.
Your CV and matching
After a valid payment, send your CV as a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file on WhatsApp. We store the file and send its text to Google Gemini to build a profile and to score jobs. You may add optional preferences in the chat, or skip. Preferences are a ranking hint, not a hard filter — you can still receive a relevant job that does not match every preference.
There is a rolling limit on how many CVs one phone number may upload. Sharing a paid plan by rotating other people’s CVs onto one number is not allowed. We may deactivate a number we reasonably believe is being used that way.
You must only send a CV you have the right to use, about yourself. Do not send someone else’s CV without their permission.
Alerts
After a successful CV we send a first batch of welcome matches, then weekly matches during the paid window, up to the plan’s weekly cap. We attempt each job at most once per phone number. A higher plan receives more alerts per week; it does not buy a different set of boards. Proactive job alerts and renewal reminders use WhatsApp template messages; replies inside an open chat may be ordinary text.
When the window ends, matching stops until you pay again (RENEW on WhatsApp issues a fresh payment reference). We may send one reminder before expiry.
You also agree to WhatsApp’s own terms with Meta. We can only message numbers that WhatsApp delivers to. If Meta or WhatsApp suspends a number, template, or our access, alerts pause until that is restored. We are a direct user of the WhatsApp Cloud API for this service; we are not onboarding other businesses onto WhatsApp.
Age and place
You must be 18 or over. The service is for job seekers in Zambia using a Zambian number and Airtel Money. We do not offer it as a general worldwide product.
Availability
We aim to keep matching and WhatsApp replies working, but the service depends on WhatsApp, mobile-money SMS, Gemini, our hosts, and the public job boards. Listings can be wrong, stale, or removed by the source. We may change boards, caps, or plan amounts; the amounts and caps in force are those we send you in WhatsApp and show on the homepage at the time you pay.
Liability
To the extent Zambian law allows, Brixstone is not liable for lost job opportunities, third-party listing errors, or delivery failures on WhatsApp or mobile money. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version at this URL. Continued use after the new effective date is acceptance of the update. The Privacy Policy can be updated the same way.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
